I know I've already mentioned I'm a David Bowie fan and a fan of the movie Labyrinth, but once I finished my comic book style art from it, I really wanted to do a proper portrait of Jareth/Bowie. So I sat down with my Microsoft Surface Pro X and Adobe Photoshop and got started.

What really got me excited about this was I posted the image on the left on Twitter, asking if anyone could guess who it was. Immediately, I got a couple of people saying, "Bowie!!" I was shocked that people recognized him right off the bat like that. But it also encouraged me to keep on going at a time when I was doubting that it was any good.

Just goes to say that we should always ignore those nasty little voices in our heads telling us our art is no good. Is my art perfect? Nope. But I enjoy doing it. So here we are.
